PROFESSIONAL PORTFOLIO · BUSINESS AND TECHNOLOGY

I connect operations, technology and sales so the business can scale without multiplying the chaos.

I'm Pedro López — a systems architect with a commercial instinct. I design the operations that hold a company up: I build AI into the team's daily work, automate the slow flows, and structure information so the knowledge stays in the company instead of in people's heads.

How I work

I don't measure work in hours at a desk. I measure it in systems delivered.

Async by default

Heavy documentation and results-driven work. I operate with full autonomy to audit, find the bottlenecks and execute, without needing a constant stream of check-in meetings.

Adaptable, not prescriptive

I don't impose tools or force anyone to switch ecosystems. I understand databases and how information is structured, so I can adapt to whatever the company already runs and improve it from the inside without friction.

Tied to the business

Technology is a means, not an end. If I build an operational flow or bring in an AI agent, I make sure first that it moves the needle on cost or on the sales team's closing rate.

What I bring

How I can add to your team.

01

AI integration and automation

I build AI agents into the team's real day-to-day to remove bottlenecks. I build by directing those agents, with the technical judgment to decide the architecture and review what they produce — which is how you ship in weeks what used to take a full team.

02

Knowledge systems

I structure information tool-agnostically so the know-how doesn't leave when a person does, and I turn operational chaos into protocols a team can actually follow. Documented, ordered, and not locked to a single vendor.

03

Commercial alignment

From lead generation to handling objections and closing. I design systems that don't get in a salesperson's way — they arm them with the intelligence and the fast flows they need to close more.

Growth and orchestration

Strategy, SEO and end-to-end launch orchestration, from the website through to the sales funnel. I execute knowing how each technical piece interacts with acquisition targets.

About me

Business sense, empathy for the customer and technical execution.

My career didn't start in a technical office — it started in business development and B2B sales. I've managed client portfolios, closed deals and activated brands on the ground. I understand selling because I came up doing it. And my experience in travel — after more than 50 countries and working inside the industry — gave me a sharp read on the end customer: I know which friction makes someone abandon a process, and which details bring them back.

That combination lets me work as a bridge between departments. I'm not the profile that installs tools out of habit; I'm the one who translates commercial goals into systems that work. My biggest asset is that 360º view: structuring information, streamlining operations and integrating AI, always making sure the technology drives sales and growth.
